Our staff has combined over 50 years of teaching experience. They are dedicated to supporting our mission and advancing our students into careers. Our technical teaching staff has worked in the machining and welding industry and uses their experience to ensure our students receive a well-rounded education that they can transfer into the workforce.
Our program focuses on teaming and utilizes diversity in order to provide our students with a curriculum that is similar to the work environment. We have a 98% attendance policy and expect our students to be highly motivated individuals.
We strive to provide training to Massachusetts residents who are unemployed or underemployed at no cost to the student. We focus on creating a highly motivated, culturally diverse, career minded individual.
